Bad customer service and not giving solution

This bike is very good, I bought this bike only for its looks and craze in people of India but these are the problems which came after buying it of which the company showroom they do not repair the problems in our bike -it's service is also very bad the company showroom royal motors naraingarh , ambala ( haryana ) is very bad also they do not solve our problems. It is having many problems like - silencer issues and disc issues.

Not compatible for the ride, splendor at 80-90 speed can make the difference in practical, more vibrations than standard, no comfort and confident drive, perhaps dual disk and abs are false propaganda which the co. Is trying to fool hence the model was discontinued in India soon after launch, servicing is very bad at kaithal haryana, at least old standard bullet is still more powerful, confident, and comfortable with durable and good quality spares. Big no for stealth black and servicing.

I bought the bike on Feb 2022. i ride the bike for 500kms in total. My experience with the bike is excellent, especially the gear shifting is good, vibration is less, noise is less and the mileage is above expected level. It give me 42+(speed 60km). The digital indicator for fuel is good. It’s a dream bike and i am happy with riding my ”royal enfield classic stealth black”.

Super bike lovely outstanding balance just fantastic. Matt black color is my favourite color. Royal enfield 350cc is best and comfortable bike and royal enfield 500cc is not bad. It's lovely experience of to my life....

Engine performance is not good. Within 500 to 600kms it got engine noise. Given service they replace the bore and crap soft. It's really bad. It had dream of ridding this with in one or two weeks. Got problem. Since my parents were forcing to buy car... I only preferred...

Bike performance and overall look and all perfect. But i don't know why royal enfield made a bike like this. Its totally really different from other models quality, it's getting full of stain, i do well maintained and all but it's getting stain everywhere, last day when i start the bike got missing, when i see the silencer while bike is in start pieces of iron stain coming out from the silencer. I check with a mechanic he said that need to replace the silencer. And many more parts also got stain if i paint also again and again it's getting stain. Really bad experience.

Riding experience is very good. sometimes vibrations are there when you are at high speed. overall performance is good, mileage on long drive is good. in cities its mileage decreases 5 km from its original mileages due to brakes. buy it as it is good for crusier lovers....

Royal enfield classic proved to be my desire fulfilling bike. I choose royal enfield because of its elegant design, performance, engine thump and all above its royal legacy which has been carried out for decades.Though, i had other options as well but i preferred choosing the beast over the goats. It has tremendous style possessing the macho feel as while riding u don"t feel like riding a regular one because u are on the beast. As far as performance and mileage is concerned, i can take out a 40+ average even in city traffic. The bike feels a little bulky and clutch stiffens once hands get pain in the traffic for the initial rider. So you can"t complain, because if you are complaining then it's like asking a beast to treat you gently. Hence for me, it's not a big deal. I have been using this machine for more than 16 months but still didn't face any breakdown even a trifle. My both hands up showing thums up after experiencing classic in all the terrains ( considering it"s not a dirt bike) and i can say if you have that skill to ride your beast effectively then it can take you anywhere. You are not the one who decides to choose the royalty,it's the royalty who decides whom to choose.So if you believe that you have that spirit, passion for the beast then you go for it. Otherwise you will die complaining like others for the heavy weight, mileage, stiff shock absorbers and clutches, less pickup and other things which doesn't matter for a true enfielder.

As everyone i was also a re classic fan...So i bought it The bike is perfect from every aspect but when you are already tired and stuck in a traffic then it becomes a bit irritating to handle this... Btw this doesn't matter to me too much so i am ok with it...Otherwise you will not get any complain about the bike itself...As I've rode it few thousand kms only so I've took only twice for the full service and the experience was as expected just awesome....Don't think...Go for it.
